The Start of Spring Break

Nathan and the team played their first game on the 16th home against Courtland. He got him a few hits and got an out playing on first base. It was great to finally play after getting rained out at Sedley. We played Waverly this past Saturday and did really well!

Nathan and his cousin, Creed, had such a wonderful time playing on the farm. I kept Nathan a day out of school so Creed could come over. I enjoyed watching them run all over the place with AnnaBelle chasing behind them everywhere.

The Easter bunny stopped by Woodland and the kiddies enjoyed their candy for breakfast. He made sure to leave us plenty of peeps. He knows how much Momma loves them!

Spring Break is on! She had her 3 year checkup on Monday and gained a puny 1 pound since last year. But she is ahead of the charts on height, she's just a beanpole like I was and from pictures I have seen of him, another beanpole. Can't say that now, maybe just a more plump beanpole! :p

He woke up with a terrible cold and cough on Monday morning. What a way to start spring break. I've been rubbing him down with Vicks Vapor Rub and running the vaporizer and it is starting to break up. He's trying not to let it slow him down but he did take a nap yesterday afternoon and went to bed early tonight.
