Walking In A Winter Wonderland!

It started snowing around 5 this morning and didn't stick until a couple of hours later. Nathan went to school and I bet he can't wait to come home and play in it!

One of my favorite ceramic trees that George's mom made. The house is decorated with the exception of the tree. We got it yesterday and it's drying in the barn since we've had rain and now snow since Friday.

I added street lights to the village this year. AnnaBelle is fascinated with it and everytime we are in the music room I must pick her up so she can see the lights. How could you not want to shrink in size and take a stroll around the town!

The wet weather is hampering my pecan gathering. I think I am officially addicted to shelling them, yep I'm slightly weird....well some may think more than slightly! ;) I'm looking forward to making some fudge and pecan treats this week for Nathan's teachers!

Daddy and daughter headed back home after working in the yard late last week. She's napping now and can hardly wait to go outside and play in the snow. Forecasters are calling for another storm this weekend. The cold weather has a grip on us for awhile!
